The seminar went great with everyone participating in the training section. There was some friendly competition between some of the participants - trying to out do one another.

Thanks to Kieu for volunteering for the workout - then went on to complete the finishers at end of the session... those who were there know how hard that was..... I will be posting some videos from the seminar here shortly.
